Feature adoption

Arbitrum is the leading Ethereum L2 but its product suite was built for builders, not users.

Offchain Labs' Arbitrum ecosystem powers billions in on-chain activity. But the consumer facing products the portal, and bridge tooling hadn't kept pace with the ecosystem's growth. The design infrastructure was fragmented, the navigation patterns were web native and desktop first, and there was no shared system that product, engineering, and AI tooling could all reference consistently.

My role was broad: own the product suite end-to-end, modernize it, and build a design foundation that could scale with a team increasingly relying on AI in their workflow.

Further projects I worked on at Offchain Labs

During my time I was able to work on client projects and led design initiatives. The work is under NDA but feel free to send me an email if you want to read more about the case study.
